BOOKING POLICY

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

We understand that life may occasionally get in the way of your appointment. If you do not show up for an appointment and did not call 2 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel, Pall Mall Barbers reserves the right to charge 50% of the standard service price to your credit card for this inconvenience. If you are more than 5 mins late for your appointment we will have to reschedule you to a different time.

GIFT CARDS

Pall Mall Barbers eGift Cards are redeemable for services and products at any Pall Mall Barbers store, eGift Card is not redeemable online for product purchase.

The balance of your eGift Card can be checked online Here. If you purchase gift cards online for a new client, it does not create a client record. You would need to create the client profile then the eGift Card details will automatically show up against the client profile.

HOW OUR REFERAL PROGRAM WORKS?

Here’s how you can refer your friends can enjoy £5 Off their first haircut at Pall Mall Barbers:

  1. Head to your custom referral page here and sign in to your account.
  2. Click on copy to share your unique code to your friends. Please note if you use Pall Mall Barbers App, there is more options to share invite link (just with 2 clicks).
  3. Once your friend (s) have had the service (service will need to be completed and paid for), we will send you an email or text to let you know that your credit is in your account and ready to be spent. Credit is not valid on online orders, this credit can be redeemed only towards to your services or products purchases in stores.

Referral Terms and Conditions

Your friend must sign up with your code (including the sign-up to our marketing list to allow us to send communications), book an appointment, have the service. Your credit will be added to your account 1 hour after of your friend’s visit of any Pall Mall Barbers stores for their service (service will need to be completed and paid for).

How can I see how many friends I have referred and how much credit I have? You need to login into your account via App or Webstore and navigate to the section ”Refer a Friend” we will display both the number of people you have referred and the amount of credit you have earned through the referral scheme.

When a referred friend come in for an appointment, does the discount already reflect on their invoice? If a referred client booked the appointment using his friend the referral code, then the discount shows up on the invoice automatically.

How long does it take to receive my reward for a referral? Rewards will be added to your account 1 hour after your friend’s visit to any Pall Mall Barbers stores for their service. The service will need to be completed and paid for in order to receive the credit.

When will my awarded credit expire? All rewarded credit that you receive will never expire.

Can my friend still take advantage of the referral scheme if they have visited Pall Mall Barbers before? The referral scheme is only for new customers.

Will I still get credit if my friend signs up using a different email address or phone number?

The email address you used to sign up doesn’t need to be the same as the email address to which you send the referral invitation. As long as your friend signs up for an account with either the referral link or your unique code, you’ll earn referral credit (service will need to be completed and paid for).

Will I get credit if my friend receives multiple referrals from multiple senders? If your friends receive multiple referrals from multiple senders, credit is added only when they sign up with your code or link.

CHILDREN SERVICES

We offer services for pupils over the age of 10 years old plus and teenagers.

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

We request to enter your credit card details just to reserve the booking. However, if the terms of the Cancellation/No Show Policy are not met we will inform you before any changes applied.

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Appropriate measures are taken to protect your personal data from access from unauthorized persons or inappropriate access, internal or external. Employees are only assigned specific access rights and can only access the point of sale software with the password assigned to them by the management of the company.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?

All our products are produced and shipped directly from the UK. All sales of goods abroad (EU) are now treated as exports. The recipient may then have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before they can claim the parcel. These charges will depend on the country they are sending to, the value of the item, and whether it is a gift, personal use, or commercial goods.
