Returns
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Pall Mall Barbers you may return them to us and receive a refund (minus the postage & packaging costs).
- All items must be unused and re-saleable within their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service for toiletries, Shaving Brushes and Razors for hygiene reasons. Please contact us before returning any item.
- Items are to be returned at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra charge.
- Customers returning items must do so using recorded or special delivery for their own protection. We cannot refund items that have not been received by us.
- You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the items within 30 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
