Returns

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Pall Mall Barbers you may return them to us and receive a refund (minus the postage & packaging costs).

1. All items must be unused and re-saleable within their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service for toiletries, Shaving Brushes and Razors for hygiene reasons. Please contact us before returning any item.
2. Items are to be returned at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra charge.
3. Customers returning items must do so using recorded or special delivery for their own protection. We cannot refund items that have not been received by us.
4. You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the items within 30 days of cancellation, providing we are in receipt of the returned goods, in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Gift vouchers

1. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost stolen or destroyed vouchers and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. No name changes on vouchers.
4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
